This doctor doesn't listen and rushes before you even start to talk. She doesn't review my medication as she should and her beside manor is disastrous.

This Doctor was rude to not just me but other members of my family. She practically laughed at the things I was telling her and just seemed to want me out of the surgery. I am on a high dose of anti depressant and not once have i been asked in to have it reviewed the drugs are just on repeat prescription whenever I need them. My eldest daughter went to see her as she kept getting cramps in her hands. The doctor told her it was because she is so thin. Then said "have you seen anybody for whats wrong with you...your weight?" My daughter who already suffers with anxiety felt even worse. Bed side manner needs greatly improving. I see that many of the patiens are elderly and it seemed as though she didnt really know what to do with younger people. She didnt seem to have the time or care for any of us.

Could be more helpful and listen rather than stare at the computer screen. Felt the impatience and lack of care. When I explained my issues, they were met with derision and impatience. We patients have the right to be cared for.

Dr Bayles was quick and efficient in dealing with my oesteoarthritis. She referred me to a specialist in hip replacement and a month later I had surgery.
